“No one wants to die. Even people who want to go to heaven don’t want to die to get there. And yet death is the destination we all share. No one has ever escaped it. And that is as it should be, because Death is very likely the single best invention of Life. It is Life’s change agent. It clears out the old to make way for the new. Right now the new is you, but someday not too long from now, you will gradually become the old and be cleared away. Sorry to be so dramatic, but it is quite true. Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped by dogma — which is living with the results of other people’s thinking. Don’t let the noise of others’ opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.”

just reblogged this from my tumblr. So in short, he means live life to the fullest, without any regrets I guess(?).
Honestly, I've never been so touched by someone's death, someone whom I've never even met before. He was really a great individual, revolutionizing and redefining the face of technology.
I actually wrote about him in an essay once. And not just any essay, its my ESL essay for the exam to gain entrance into uni lmao. I think the topic was something to do about luck. Something about luck plays a factor in someone's life in achieving goals - agree or disagree, discuss. So I wrote about him because I was actually running out of things to say lmao, and then I got a lightbulb moment and went on about Apple (because I was gonna get my iphone after my exams lmaoooooooo) and that gave me another lightbulb moment to quote Koothrapali OYEHHH. "You see, its a very Newtonian concept. Every action has an equal reaction" LMAOOOOOOOO
Okeh, I guess we all really should live life to the fullest. Its so easy saying that quote but I personally think few really do so. What are your definitions of living life to the fullest? Booze, blow and blasphemy?
Parties day and night?
Achieving extremely good results in exams?
Having a high paying job?
Becoming a beauty queen?
....or maybe like me - fangirling day and night? wtfwtf
I don't really know what I'm saying wtf, but I would say everyone has their own thoughts about that matter.
To be honest, I'm quite afraid of death.
Anyway, death notes aside.
